What we will use your data for We will process your data only for the selection of the job for which you have applied. How long we will keep your data We will destroy your data within a maximum of 6 months after the end of the selection process if you are not selected.

Registration and management of clients:

The data will be processed for contractual management, offering you the service or product you purchase, accounting management, improving our services and products, etc. 

We will draw up a commercial and credit profile on the basis of the information provided. 

We will retain your data for as long as the business and commercial relationship with you is maintained. 

Once finalised, we will retain the minimum necessary information required by tax legislation.

Commercial communications:

We will send you information about our products, services and activities. 

Your data may be disclosed to other Saint Gobain Group companies if you have expressly authorised us to do so.

Your personal data will be retained until such time as you request not to receive communications from us, at which point it will be deleted. 

You may request deletion at any time using the information provided in each release.

Suggestion box or complaints:

We will process your data to answer your requests, questions or doubts. 

Your personal data will be retained until such time as your request has been answered and appropriate action has been taken. After this, it will be deleted unless it involves liabilities and actions of the company. 

Only the data you have provided will be processed for the purpose for which you have been informed and given your consent. Your data will not be passed on to third parties unless you have expressly consented to this. Under no circumstances will automated decisions be made on the basis of your data.  
The legal basis for the processing of your data is the performance of the services you have requested from us and have expressly authorised.  


3.- Processing of your data by third parties
The data will be communicated to other Saint-Gobain group companies or third parties (invoicing, satisfaction surveys, training, etc.) for internal administrative purposes, including the processing of personal data of customers or employees: accounting, facility security, occupational risk prevention, etc. This processing of your data is carried out solely and exclusively to ensure the performance of the services we offer you.  
The Saint-Gobain group has binding corporate rules and procedures that regulate the security of the processing of your data and guarantee that it will not be used for any other purpose or by third parties other than those you have authorised and been informed of.

  • Access your data: request what data we hold about you and what use we make of it, and even ask us to pass it on to another company.

  • Delete your data: request that your data be deleted and not be processed, except for what we are required by law to keep.  
  • Oppose processing: that we do not make a specific use of your data.
